Co-Workers
I wanted to run this by you guys since you may of had similar situations. As we all know, we usually work with some people who are no as socially adapt as what the guy down the hall may be. In fact, we ourselves may struggle with this too since we are all NERDS! Don't get me wrong, I love being a nerd, but I struggle with interacting with my fellow nerd co-workers. Right now, my two trainers do not talk unless absolutely necessary. I email them and they are sitting right next to me, they do not say good morning, was was your weekend, etc. Has anyone very dealt with this and know how to reach out to them to have at least a "hi/bye" relationship? They are both natively Chinese and it's hard for me to understand them sometimes but I would like to get to know them better. Any ideas?
