Certificate
My "Bill Pay" portion of my on-line banking will not load to my computer. I took off the pop-up blockers and that helped one time. Since then, no luck. I double-clicked on the lock at the bottom of my screen and found a certificate for the site issued by verisign.

Do I need to accept that certificate for my "bill pay" to work?

sorry for the delay in answering. i have recently heard about this happening with a number of different sites. i haven't heard of any solution just yet, but you may want to try banking in a different browser. if you are using firefox already, opera is another secure browser option.
