4K maybe
Picked up a M49 vizio last week for about $400 after all the deals...my pre-blackFriday deal.

So far I really like it as I am amazed how well it upconverts 720 and 1080p content.

I haven't actually pushed any 4K content through it yet.

not sure i have actually seen 4K on it but netflix, amazon video and youtube all have 4K content.

The tv has integrated apps that are supposed to allow for the 4k content....I should try and pull one of the youtube videos to try it out....I don't have an external box that pushes 4K yet.

I just heard yesterday that there are somewhere around 18 different 4K streams in our area. I really didn't expect it would jump this fast. Someone also mentioned seeing an 8K tv--which reminds me of when HD vs. Bluray was going on.

yeah I have heard that 8K will be the next big thing or HDR tvs....internet speeds and caps are going to have to be resolved for 4k+ to take off, I think.

It is interesting as you get used to higher def tvs the old 720P sets look grainy. It is still weird to think of playing PS2 on old 27/32 inch tube tvs and thinking they were "big"
