Game of the Week (web wise)
This week's game of the week is called Conqueror. I'd would endorse it as a good time waster, not stupid, just right. So not too bad, nor too complex or simple, and a pretty good turnbased game. It's either like Empire XP (or whatever it's called) on steroids or a dumbed down version of Civ. All in all not bad at all. Also you can play with up to 16 players and not much waiting on turns since it is simultaneous turns.

Good: simple, yet with some complexity; addictive; easy to learn to play; simultaneous turns
Bad: have to be online even if just playing AI; addictive
