I do admit to miss being able to utilize a computer for it's graphics card in the form of video games lately. The clarity on some of the non HDMI monitors I have seen was astounding and they were probably half of what this monitor is. I do admit to not understanding the need for larger and larger computer screens, especially for non gamers. I would take two average size monitors any day over a single monitor that is the size of two. Not to mention, you sit so close to your screen on a computer. Eventually, you have to start moving your eyes all over the place to see corner to corner on the screen.

I just bought a 24 incher and it is quite nice but I think I could do a 30incher...I just like my main Visual Studio screen to be big and wide. My "outlook"/IM screen doesn't need to be too big but if I am doing research on that screen it is nice to be on the larger size. When I use a 19inch or especially a 17 inch screen they seem really small now :-)

I went from a 21 incher at PG to two 19s at ECI and I can really tell a difference in VS
