So is iOS 5 ipad only? Though I've gotta think my ipod will get left behind at iOS4, given that it's a 3rd gen.

I think apple only says that each device will get one o.s. Upgrade. 5.0 should be iPad, iPhone, iPod

I am guessing my first gen iPad will not see another OS upgrade. I got 4.2, 4.3.
