I think this is where apple may beat google but we will have to wait and see.
In our house we use one apple id on all of our devices. This works great with apps because our ipads, iphone, touch can all use the same paid for apps.
I found out that isn'
t true for movies/tv shows and music.
After Amber purchased Thomas season 1 I went to download it as well and after the second time (touch/ipad) I noticed it said I was going to be charged. I sent in the complaint to get refunded and was told that what I was doing is not supported for movies music and tv shows. Personally, I think that is dumb and apple did refund me the money this time but said they won'
t do that again.
This is the second time we have worked through customer support for refunds on apps or video purchases and both times the responses have been very fast and resolved to our liking.
So if you ever think you were charged unfairly and need a refund go through your itunes account and you can see your purchase history and report a problem on the line item that is the problem...works pretty well.
