Hey, if I have an old computer that doesn't have a usb port but need to connect something to it is there anything i can get to be able to do that

they also have adapters to most cable types. . .but that would be a band-aid solution.

If that computer didn't have any USB ports to begin with. Would it even be able to handle the PCI card?

we aren't talking pci express here...it would have to be like a 486 to only have ISA

I'm not talking about not having the slot but what about the compatibility with the computer? Like wouldn't a PCI card the supports USB 2.0 be to much for that old of a computer.

nope the driver would be OS specific and card specific...not motherboard specific.
