i am a big fan of the stuff you can get in the apple store but it is expensive...do you have a glossy screen or a flat finish screen?
I use iklear
http://store.apple.com/us/product/TK299LL/A?mco=MTIxODk3Mw
It is what they use on the machines in the apple stores.
If you have a flat finish screen you can use a lens cloth that is just damp...not wet with water.

i wouldn'
t spray windex directly on the monitor. you might be able to put a small amount on a cloth and use that, but the anti-static wipes seem to do the best job.

if you have non glossy I would just use one of those glasses wipes thing (they are silk etc. ...you can get them at walmart optical)....just get it damp with water or something. you shouldn'
t need to use windex and I wouldn'
t spray anything directly on your screen....agree with TR for sure there.
That is how I kept my thinkpad screen clean and it seemed to do a pretty good job.
I think i used windex wipes before too but I would be careful of using any chemical unless it says it is for laptop monitors etc.
