VOIP
Hey,
We were thinking about getting a new home phone and internet. The sales person was saying we could get a VOIP phone instead of having a phone through a phone jack. I understand that the phone would be going over IP but my question comes when we want more phones through the house.
Can we have a VOIP phone that is cordless or can we have a VOIP phone that has multiple handsets but only one is connected to our modem?
Any help or info would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure I would pay for a home phone...if you need a home phone hand set there are free or nearly free voip solutions, I believe
