AT&T
Well AT&T DSL is going for caps....Canada here we come.

I think this is rotten news and will be getting off my AT&T dsl this spring for sure.

We consumer a lot of online media with netflix etc plus I use carbonite on my home server so I could see using over 150 gig pretty easily in a month. I think that this is going to be more of a problem with the new HD content that is available on the web as well.

When we move I we will be switching to frontier (verizon) or yucky comcast again, I think.

i wonder if cable companies will start to cap as well. . .to keep people paying for cable tv.

yeah...that is what I am afraid of..

I just wish the content providers would realize there is value in just being the best pipe as well and doing that well. They could offer great speeds and offer online backup services which would make a lot of sense to ISP subscribers.

I think content providers and service providers need to be split up.
