now they just need to run ads that explain all these points :-)

Some of their points are very good. I think if M$ was smart they would just hit home at the ones that are actually true.

the MS problem has been that, up until recently, they refuse to mention macs in their ads because their attitude was that gives apple credibility as a competitor. they just need to ignore that really and accept the fact that apple IS a legitimate competitor now. push out aggressive ads like apple does all the time... especially now that they have an OS that really IS quite good and well received...

companies in first place usually do not mention their competition by name. for example, burger king used to mention mcdonalds in their commercials, but mcdonalds never mentions any other restaurant by name ever.
