It is completely free but by invite only. I believe it is going to remain free but i am not sure. If i get another invite I can send you one if you want.

it is for blogs but has some neat features that makes it easy to work with media...hopefully blogger will add those soon.

blogger is adding a bunch of stuff. they have a beta out, but if you sign up for it you can't switch back to the traditional blogger, its free, but it's got an unhealthy amount of glitches. the worst one (IMO), is that other blogger users who haven't switched to beta cannot comment as a blogger user. it's got other annoyances too, but once they work the bugs out of it, it should be pretty cool.
