Microphone Problems
I've got an issue that kinda came out of the blue. I fired up skype a few days ago and made a call, and my microphone would only work if I blew into it as hard as I could. I figured maybe it was a microphone problem, so I unplugged it and used the built-in microphone, which predictably, didn't work. I then figured it was a skype problem, I tested with sound recorder, google talk, and one other thing and confirmed it's not a skype problem. I fished through in the control panel and found the microphone mixer and it's turned all the way up... Any ideas? The thing that stumps me is its all microphones, plugged in or built-in, so there's got to be a messed up setting somewhere, I'm just not sure where all to look. I used the microphone for something probably two weeks ago or so, so it has worked before (lots of times), I can't think of what could've changed...
