Does anyone know of a good gaming sound card and graphics card that is for a good price becasue I am looking to upgrade mine right now?

Nvidia makes the best graphics cards right now.
A sound card really won'
t help you much unless you get sweet speakers. Creative is really the only company out there with sound cards. 7.1 surround is the best usually out there but that means you have to have 7 speakers and a sub to utilize the ability.

I have a problem with my sound card because every so often my speakers will not play right and the music or sounds is destorted. I changed the speakers to see if was them but it wasnt. So do you know anywhere where I could get a cheap sound card?

You may want to check your slots for what kind of card you can actually get -- you will probably want to disable your onboard sound as well when you get a card -- may have to do that in the bios
